. - A: As it is a Fun Run, Race timings are no recorded. Please note that the Urgent Run Singapore 2017 event is a non-competitive race.

. - A: Participants are advised to travel light. Each baggage deposited would be charged a fee of $1. While due care and security will be enforced, the Organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damaged items or delay in retrieving the bags.

. - A: No, neither skateboards, bicycles, scooters nor motorized counterparts are not allowed along the race route. This is to ensure the safety of all participants.

. - A: YES! The park is pet-friendly but please keep them leashed at all times and remember to pick up after them.

. - A: Please approach the nearest Route Marshals if you are injured or require medical attention. Participants who are on medication are advised to carry their medication with them at all times.

. - A: In the event of inclement weather, the Organizer reserves the right to delay the commencement of the race. Should the inclement weather persist after the delay, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the race without any refund.

Terms & Conditions
Entry to the lucky draw is not automatic. Participants must enter their Bib numbers via the “lucky draw tab” included on their race bibs on the Race day itself.
The World Toilet Organization’s (“WTO”) Urgent Run 2017 Lucky Draw (the "Lucky Draw") is open to selected individuals ("Participants"; each a "Participant") who have signed up for the Urgent Run 2017 within the Lucky Draw Period (as defined below).
The duration of the Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw Period") shall be from 0800 hours on 28 October 2017 and will end on 1100 hours on 28 October 2017.
To qualify for the Lucky Draw, the Participants must sign up at http://www.active.com/running/distance-running-races/the-urgent-run-2017 and complete the registration (collectively the "Entries"; and each an "Entry").
Each Entry submitted by the Participant should be made strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions herein before the Entry shall be deemed eligible for the Lucky Draw. Invalid or incomplete Entries will be disqualified from the Lucky Draw.
By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Participant represents and warrants that the information submitted in each Entry to WTO Urgent Run 2017 is true, accurate, complete and up to date.
By providing the information required for the Lucky Draw, each Participant agrees and consents to WTO Urgent Run 2017, its related corporations (collectively, the "Companies"), as well as their respective representatives and agents (“Representatives”) collecting, using, disclosing and sharing amongst themselves his personal data, and disclosing such personal data to the Companies' authorised service providers and relevant third parties for purposes reasonably required by the Companies to administer the Lucky Draw.
Each Participant will only be entitled to one chance of the Lucky Draw regardless of the total number of the Entries submitted via various form e.g. via online submission or registration form.
Upon completion of The Urgent Run 2017 Event Passport and submission of the completion stub attached to the passport, each participant will be entitled to a maximum of twice the chance at the Lucky Draw, subject to confirmation of completion of the Event Passport.
The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 28 October 2017 (the "Draw Date") and the winners will be announced on the event day at the Casuarina Grove, East Coast Parkway.
The winners must be at the event venue (Casuarina Grove, East Coast Parkway) the point of announcement to collect the Prize. Failure to do so, the winner(s) will be deemed as disqualified from the Lucky Draw.
The Prizes are to be collected by the winners in person with the race bib and original NRIC on the Draw Date for identification purpose.

WTO Urgent Run 2017 reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions or withdraw this Lucky Draw at any time without prior notice. The Prize is not exchangeable for cash or for any other items.
WTO Urgent Run 2017 shall not be liable for any incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected Entries for any reason whatsoever or problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers or technical problems, or any combination thereof.
Information on how to participate in the Lucky Draw shall form part of these terms and conditions governing the Lucky Draw.
WTO Urgent Run 2017’s decisions in all matters related to the Lucky Draw, prizes and prize winners shall be final. No correspondence or appeals shall be entertained in relation thereto.
Employees of World Toilet Organization, their subsidiaries, their affiliates, distributors, and advertising agencies, are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or other promotional materials or communications relating to the Lucky Draw, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
The Lucky Draw and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
By participating in the Lucky Draw, Participants hereby agree to all the terms and conditions of participation in the Lucky Draw as set out herein, including all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may from time to time be made by WTO Urgent Run 2017.

1.1 Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organizers to ensure the participants’ safety, the organizers, their sponsors and their appointed volunteers shall not be liable for any death or injury, loss or damage, suffered or otherwise, howsoever arising.
1.2 Completion of the registration form confirms the participants’ agreement to abide by the Rules; Regulations of the Urgent Run Singapore 2017.
1.3 The Organizers reserve the right to delay the commencement of the run in the event of inclement weather. Should the inclement weather persist after the delay, the Organizers reserve the right to cancel the race without refund of registration fees.
1.4 The Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant deemed physically incapable of continuing with the run to prevent him/her from causing greater harm and injury to himself/herself.
1.5 The Organizers reserve the right to use any photographs (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Urgent Run Singapore 2017, for any publicity purpose.
1.6 The Organizers reserve the right to amend the Rules and Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.


The Organizers reserve the right to limit and refuse entries without assigning any reasons thereof.
2.1 The Organizers shall not be held responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete entry details.
2.2 There will be no fee refund for participants who do not eventually take part in the Urgent Run Singapore 2017. For any reasons whatsoever. Race packs not collected by participants will be kept by the Organizers.


3.1 All participants must collect their race packs, which include the race t-shirt, and other sponsored products during the race pack collection day on 17th and 18th October 2017, 3pm to 9pm at the City Square Mall.
3.2 If participants are unable to collect their race pack in person, they may authorize a representative. The Organizers reserve the right to replace any entitlement with products of similar value without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.
3.3 Late collection will not be entertained and the Organizers shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused, due to participants’ inability to collect their race packs.


4.1 Participants must wear their Race T-Shirt at all times during the race. Runners without the Race T-Shirts will not be allowed to take part in the race. Children under 5 accompanied by participant are exempted.
4.2 The Organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the race without any prior notification, in which case, the registration fees are non-refundable.
4.3 The race is non-competitive.


5.1 Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day.
5.2 For the safety of participants, runners must run/walk on the designated path throughout the entire route.
5.3 Participants are advised against the consumption of alcohol or stimulants or any kind of drugs within 24 hours of their run.
5.4 Should any participants feel unwell or experience any pain/discomfort in the course of race, they should stop and the nearest road marshal.
